Summer Tutor for Visual Coding, Robotics, and STEM Subjects
Nobel Courses is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Summer Tutor specialising in Visual Coding, Robotics, and STEM subjects for kids aged 6-14. This position offers the unique opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation of innovators and thinkers in a fun and engaging way. If you have a passion for STEM education and a knack for working with children, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and engaging tutoring sessions in Visual Coding, Robotics, and other STEM subjects to students aged 6-14.
- Travel to different schools every day to conduct sessions; applicants must have their own transportation.
- Use materials and curriculums provided by Nobel Courses to plan and execute lessons.
- Monitor student progress and adapt lessons to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents as needed to maximize student success.
- Uphold a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Comply with all school and Nobel Courses policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of A’Levels qualification
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to provide a recent police conduct certificate.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to different school locations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and work effectively with parents and school staff.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for STEM education and a commitment to encouraging young learners.
- Availability to work for the full duration of the 6-week program, with flexibility in schedule to meet the program’s needs.
